Wild Bill's Beach Dogs is a one of a kind Airstream trailer parked on Airstream Row in Seaside, Florida, facing Scenic 30A. Since April 2011, we've been serving gourmet American Wagyu all beef hot dogs on toasted New England style brioche buns, made for a quick stop that still feels special.
Along with our specialty dogs, you can always count on Brauhaus jumbo soft pretzels with dipping sauces like queso, mustard, or caramel. And if you want something hearty, grab one of our fork and knife dogs, pair it with a local beer, and enjoy the breeze after a day on the beach.
Wild Bill's gets its name from the original owner, Bill Dawson. Today, the stand is led by Owners and Managing Partners Clark and Ashley Beecher, along with Operating Partners Baron and Courtney Fields. Their goal is simple. Keep the Wild Bill's tradition strong and deliver the best hot dog experience on 30A.
In spring 2021, we started opening earlier to add a new breakfast favorite, the kolache. It's a hand held treat with Czech roots that became a Texas staple, made with soft bread stuffed with smoked sausage, cheese, and plenty of flavor. Perfect for the beach crew and easy to order by the single, half dozen, or full dozen.
We open daily at 8:00am. Closing times vary by season, so check our hours before you swing by.
